 Route 66 Marine is located in Gardena, California. We are about 7 miles east of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and the other coral wholesalers on 104th street. We exclusively import from two areas, Australia and Indonesia. These two locations meet our strict standards of what we would classify as true high quality corals. We rely heavily upon these two regions for a high percentage of all of our live corals and will continue to maintain and strengthen our relationships from these select suppliers.
 Not too long ago the industry was presented with a pleasant surprise, Australian Corals. The corals from Australia are not only pleasant to the eye, but the procedures in which these corals are collected are far superior to anything we have ever experienced. The methods of collecting corals in Australia are truly advanced to say the least. Corals like Goniopora, Cataphyllia, Alveopora, Euphyllia and Acropora are great shippers compared to what the industry has experienced in the last decade. In the short 2 + years that Australian Corals have been imported, these corals have had a better success rate of survivability while residing in closed reef systems The beauty, diversity and survivability is truly refreshing for everybody.
 We offer a real time stock list of corals that we are holding in our own state of the art holding systems here in Los Angeles, California. Our systems have successful filtration methods and lighting that will allow the corals to thrive while they remain in our care.
